Bulgur Brown Coarse
Brown Bulgur gets it colour by retaining more of the shell of durum wheat than coarse yellow bulgur. This minimal processing also adds to the nutritional profile of the product. Like other coarse grains it can be used to add texture to burgers and falafels, and can even be substituted for brown rice.
