Bulgur Yellow Extra Coarse
This extra coarse bulgur has a texture and flavour often described as nutty. This large grain is closest in size to a whole grain of wheat. The size is often described as similar to rice and in some dishes this bulgur can be used as a substitute for rice. It can be used to add texture to soups and burgers.
