French (Puy) Lentils
Originating from the Le Puy En Velay in the Auvergne region of France around 2,000 years ago, French Puy lentils are dark green in colour, have a nutty flavour and hold their shape when boiled. Known for their distinctive rich, peppery flavour, Puy lentils offer exceptional quality, flavour and nutritional content. Produced in Canada using Canadian grown lentils.
