Red Whole Lentils - Skin Off
Believed to have originated in the Mediterranean area, red lentil footballs are made from the whole red lentil, the skin is removed from the lentil leaving the inside portion of the seed whole (not split). The result is a beautiful intact, reddish-orange polished product. These beautiful lentils are nutritious and have a smooth texture and are an excellent source of fibre, protein, B vitamins and iron. Produced in Australia using Australian grown lentils from VIC, SA and NSW.
