Spanish lentils are tan coloured, lens-shaped lentils that are known for their quick cooking nature and high protein content. They are milder in flavour with a lighter texture. Their tiny size allows them to cook quickly and hold their shape. Spanish brown lentils are low in fat, high in protein and fibre, they are cholesterol free, gluten-free and are rich in B vitamins.
