Red Kidney Bean Wraps



  • 3 cups Organic IQF Red Kidney Beans

  • 1 cup sweetecorn (frozen for convenience)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 4 tomatoes (diced)

  • 1 tsp tabasco sauce

  • 1 small red onion (finely diced)

  • ¼ cup fresh coriander (chopped)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tsp lime juice (or lemon)

  • 4 wholegrain wraps

  • 1 cup leafy greens

Warm a frying pan to medium heat and add kidney beans, sweetcorn, and paprika, and cook gently for 5 minutes or until warm.

Hint: Lay wraps on top of the ingreidents to soften up and absorb the steam.

To make a tomato salsa combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander, and tabasco.

Spread avocado over wrap with a little drizzle of lemon and salt, then add bean mix, salsa, and the fresh ingredients.

Add more tabasco or chilli flakes for spice.
