Native to the Indian subcontinents, mungbeans (or Green Gram) are small and green in appearance and have a mild nutty flavour once cooked. Mungbeans are high in important vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre. Produced in Kingaroy, Queensland using Australian grown mungbeans. Varieties include Jade, Berken and Crystal.
