Linseed
Linseed, also known as flaxseed was cultivated in Babylon as early as 3000 BC. They have a fresh nutty flavour and are a natural source of essential fatty acids including omega-3 and omega-6. Produced in Benalla, Victoria, Australia using Australian grown linseed.
