Cannellini Bean & Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic IQF Cannellini Beans
    2 cups frozen peas (defrosted)
    2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 - 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • Small handful fresh mint (finely chopped)

4 as a share plate

Preparation

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and use a stick blender to blend until smooth (or with a few chunks for texture).


Drizzle with a little olive oil and if you like sprinkle on some sesame seeds before serving.
