Great Northern Beans
Originating from the tropical southern part of South America, Great Northern Beans (or large white beans) were cultivated as early as 8,000 years ago. They are white, medium sized beans with a delicious nutty flavour and slightly grainy texture. These beans are a good source of folate, iron, magnesium, calcium and potassium as well as being high in protein. Produced in Canada using Canadian grown beans.
